Reporting Form

Regarding combating racism and xenophobia strongly connected to recording and reporting and considering public transport employees, especially front-line employees (e.g. drivers), as burdened by frequent exposure to racist, aggressive incidents, the REVERT program proposes a method of recording and reporting that has the potential to improve communication and cooperation within the organization and with other stakeholders to effectively tackle the issue. In addition, through recording and reporting, public transport employees will not have to deal with everyday racist and xenophobic occurrences individually, since an informed administration would be responsible to take measure and ensure safety of employees and beneficiaries or clients of the public transport organization or company.

The reporting procedure used by the REVERT project is designed based on the existing recording and reporting procedures of OASA organization, whereas specific conditions are taken into consideration to facilitate avoid overburdening employees.
